Anna Lundberg, who started on 1 July, is Professor of Welfare Law and Associate Professor in Human Rights at Linköping University. At the Sociology of Law Department, Lundberg participates in long-term quality assurance work and teaches at the bachelor's and master's levels. Her research focuses on The Asylum Commission - a project involving civil society, researchers and professionals, doing interdisciplinary research on the basic legal principles for asylum seekers in Sweden - which she will conclude over the year.
Ole Hammerslev is a Professor at the Department of Law, University of Southern Denmark. He joined the Sociology of Law Department in August. Here, he works on sustaining and improving the department's academic position nationally and internationally and teaches at the master's and PhD levels. He continues his research projects on lawyers, legal aid, and meetings between the young homeless and the public administration. The latter two projects he hopes to develop with research staff at the department.
Together, Lundberg and Hammerslev work to systematise the writing of external research applications at the department. They also support the research staff in drafting project applications relevant to the social sciences.
